FAQ

Where are you based out of?+

We are based out of Delhi and are available for meetings by appointment.

Do you provide turn-key solutions?+

No, we provide design services. Our scope covers the design and documentation required to take the project forward.

Is your service available pan India?+

Yes, we provide interior design consultation pan India.

Do you visit the site?+

Yes, we do visit the site as per requirements. Charges vary from project to project.

Can I get 2–3 options for the design?+

The design is completely customised as per your requirements and site. A few changes are possible, but multiple options are not provided.

Can I get only 3D views?+

3D views are the final output of the design and cannot be provided separately. We do provide 3D views as a part of our complete service.

How much time will it take for designing?+

The timeframe is between 20–40 days depending on the scope of work.

What types of projects do you work on?+

We specialise in gym and fitness interior design, with experience across different types and scales of fitness spaces.

Can I see the thinking behind your projects?+

Yes. Selected project case studies explain the brief, users, constraints, design decisions, results and learnings behind the space.

What is your approach to gym interior design?+

Our approach is function-first. We consider movement, equipment placement, circulation, user experience and the practical requirements of the space before developing the visual direction.

Can you work with an existing floor plan?+

Yes. An existing floor plan can be used as a starting point to understand the available space, requirements and possibilities for the project.

What types of fitness spaces have you designed?+

Our work includes strength training gyms, lifestyle-focused fitness spaces, multi-floor gyms, fitness arenas and other fitness environments with different training and user requirements.

Do your projects include technical drawings?+

Yes. Detailed 2D working drawings are part of the design scope and help translate the design into clear instructions for execution.

Can I discuss a project similar to one shown here?+

Yes. If you are planning a similar gym or fitness space, you can share your project details through the Start a Project page.

Are the downloads actually free?+

Yes. We ask for your name and email so we know who is planning what. The guides themselves are free to access.

Can I use these guides with my own designer or contractor?+

Yes. They are written as practical working documents to help you think through your project and make informed design decisions.

Who are these resources for?+

They are for gym owners, fitness businesses, wellness operators and anyone planning or developing a fitness or wellness space.

What topics do you cover?+

The resources cover practical topics around gym interior design, space planning, equipment planning, lighting, materials, wellness spaces and the changing experience of fitness environments.

Can you write about a specific problem I am facing?+

Yes. Send your question through the enquiry form. Questions that can help others may become future insights or resources.

Can you work on a gym outside my city?+

Yes — remote projects are normal here. Drawings, calls and a structured site survey cover most of it, with planned visits where the floor needs eyes on it.

What's a typical timeline?+

2 weeks onwards from first call to a complete drawing set for most floors.

How does the first call work?+

Thirty minutes. Your space, your model, your peak hour. You leave with an initial view on capacity and layout whether or not we work together.

Do you build the space too?+

No. Design and drawings only — your own contractor executes, and we support them through the build with drawing clarifications.

Are brand partners paid placements?+

No. Specification follows what the floor needs. These are the suppliers whose products have held up on projects we have delivered.

Can we supply our own equipment brand?+

Yes. We measure what you own or intend to buy against the floor you have, and tell you plainly where the two do not fit.

We're a brand — can we work with you?+

Send an introduction through the enquiry form. We take on a small number of supplier relationships and only where the product has been used on a live project.

Can we speak to a past client?+

Once a project is at a suitable stage, yes — client references are arranged directly.

Do you take remote or international clients?+

Yes. Roughly a third of our work is outside Indore. Everything up to working drawings is handled remotely over shared drawings and calls, with a site survey either by our team or by your contractor against our checklist. Out-of-city site visits are planned in advance and billed at cost.

How long does a typical gym design project take?+

Six to ten weeks from first call to a full drawing set for a floor between 3,000 and 8,000 sq ft. Concept lands in weeks two to three, layout is frozen around week four, and working drawings follow. Larger floors and multi-level spaces run longer.

Do you only design gyms, or other fitness and wellness spaces too?+

Gyms are the core, but the same thinking applies to pilates, yoga and cycling studios, recovery and physiotherapy spaces, and the fitness floors inside hotels and residential clubhouses.

What is the process from first call to completed space?+

Understand, Research, Plan, Design, Build, Learn. A 30-minute discovery call, a shell and business review, zoning and circulation, then concept, lighting, 3D views and dimensioned drawings. Your contractor builds; we stay available for drawing queries and review the floor once it has been running.

Do you handle execution and build, or design only?+

Design and drawings only. Construction, fit-out, procurement and site labour sit with your own contractor under your contract. It keeps our advice on materials and equipment independent of who is supplying them.

What information do you need before the first consultation?+

Floor area, city, a rough equipment list or member target, and any drawing of the shell you already have — even a broker's plan. Photos or a walkthrough video of the raw space help more than anything else.
